Deep Tissue

“Relax, Repair and Regenerate!”

If you enjoy the relaxation of a full body massage yet always want it a little firmer, then a deep tissue massage is for you.

Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). It’s used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

At certain points during the massage, you may feel some discomfort or even some pain as our practitioner works on areas where there are adhesion’s or scar tissue. You should always tell them if you feel pain during the massage. They can then adjust the technique or further prep the tissues if the superficial muscles are tense.

Let your mind go as your body surrenders to the benefits of therapeutic work, leaving you in a complete state of bliss, relaxation and improved mobility.
